CUISINE
Trained in Italy, Lauren serves some of the best gourmet breakfast around. Her pairing of freshly made pastries and the valley's bounties is the best way to start your day in wine country. You will wake up to the smell of freshly baked croissants every morning. She'll usually ask, "what is your favorite thing to eat in the morning?" From there she begins her palette. Breakfast begins with an artful fresh fruit compote and an excellent cup of coffee from a local roaster Caravan Coffee. Next she brings new twists to your old favorites such as french toast made with thick slices of homemade brioche, topped with carmelized hazelnuts, and pairs it with the best local breakfast sausages and bacon. Breakfast is scheduled between 8-10 am and is served in the dining room, front porch, or outdoor seating areas.
