Living Spaces Outdoors

The best part of The Lake House is its immediate connection to nature. With the main deck suspended over the edge of the pond, you cannot get much closer to the water unless you jumped in. You can see salamanders glide past and beautiful dragonflies hum and bounce on the water. Or watch as bullfrogs play hide and seek with you under the bounty of lily pads.

The large deck can comfortably seat a small group, and is furnished with lounge chairs and recliners. The Lake House also includes an outdoor dining set with four additional chairs, and a gas grill to satisfy your barbeque needs.

You can bring your cup of coffee or glass of pinot with you on a casual stroll around the lake, as you drink in the sights and sounds of nature. Listen as hawks soar and cry out through the sky, woodpeckers knock on surrounding trees, or just bask in the tranquility of silence.

If you prefer more exercise and adventure, walk through the manicured woods and tour the array of ferns, buttercups, wild iris, and cherry trees. Or perhaps find some outdoor forest friends for your photo journal, such as rabbits, squirrels, birds, deer and elk.
